Shinhan Investment & Securities announced on the 7th that it has signed a technology cooperation partnership with Super Block, a technology company specializing in blockchain.
Superblock is a blockchain technology company that develops its own mainnet and develops applications necessary for using mainnet such as wallets, scanners, and bridges.
Through this partnership, Shinhan Investment & Securities plans to internalize blockchain technologies necessary for digital asset businesses such as △ STO (securities token) trading platform and digital wallet △ blockchain architecture △ smart contract. This is intended to contribute to strengthening digital competitiveness and establishing digital assets as sound financial assets by preemptively preparing blockchain infrastructure.
“This partnership is the process of internalizing blockchain, a key technology of Web3.0, into digital asset business strategies,” said Kim Jang-woo, head of Shinhan Investment & Securities’ digital group. “We will continue to actively expand BigBlur partnerships with promising companies to lead new blockchain-based markets such as securities tokens.”
